Jocul de cuvinte din titlu este o combinatie intre numele ziarului si echivalentul in engleza al cuvantului vaca. As suggested in the name, the work shows in an artistic manner the values of a famous newspaper. The taste and sense of ink, paper and writing style (presenting facts) are typical for a journalist.
